STINGER INJECTION MODULE

The function of the Nitrox Injection Module is to regulate the injection of nitrous oxide and the "enrichment fuel" received from the fuel module. The Injection Module consists of three components: Solenoid Pad Assembly, Injection Tubes, and Peripheral Items all of which are included and completely plumbed ready to Bolt-On as illustrated on the 2.5 Mercury Intake Manifold.

STINGER SOLENOID PAD ASSEMBLY

• A lightweight, black wrinkle finished aluminum pad; utilizing rubber isolation mounts to minimize vibration
• A nitrous solenoid capable of producing up to 120 HP
• A fuel solenoid with improved viton seat suitable for gasoline or alcohol use
• All Mercury systems (and vertical reed Yamahas) use #3AN stainless steel braided line for nitrous delivery from solenoid to nitrous injection tube; transparent yellow Tygon delivery line for visual observation of fuel flow from fuel solenoid to injection tube
• Yamaha and OMC Systems use color-coded distribution blocks and hi-pressure nylon deliver lines (2500 lb. burst strength) for distribution of nitrous and fuel to each individual cylinder
• Sintered bronze nitrous filter for superior filtering
• Electric terminal block pre-wired to solenoids for easy no hassle hook-up
• All items are mounted, plumbed, wired and ready to bolt on your engine.

NITROX INJECTION TUBES ARE:

• Individually calibrated and flow tested. No one, but NITROX, flows and tailors every injector for output.
• Designed for total impingement of the "enrichment fuel" by the nitrous flow for complete fuel atomization
• Each tube is stamped by type and horsepower rating
• As an economy move for our customers, we fixture drill your manifold, reed plate (or spacer plate if so equipped) thread, and install the injections tubes. (Normal shop turn around time is 48-72 hours.)
